Tina is the Firm's resident advisor on Chinese regulatory issues in the areas of energy and the environment in China. She is also well-versed with Chinese customs laws and trade issues involving the automotive industry.
Tina is effectively bi-lingual having worked and studied both in China and the United States. She was in-house legal counsel to several Caterpillar companies in China and in the US for the period 1998 to 2002.
Before relocating to Singapore with her family she worked for Daimler Chrysler (China) Investment Co Ltd where she continued her interest in energy and environmental issues, including lobbying the authorities to effect regulatory changes.
Her deep knowledge of the Chinese regulatory environment and her invaluable network within the municipal and national bureaucracy adds to her effectiveness as a negotiator and counsel to any foreign company entering or doing business in China.
