We are unallied to any large international law firm and maintain “best friend” relationships with major firms which do not have offices in Singapore.  We take pride in providing quality services to discerning and appreciative clients.  Without the big firm structure our rates are competitive.  Clients are attended to by only experienced lawyers who have exposure to international practices and whose contacts in their community are excellent.

We are a leading firm in some emerging areas of the law in Asia.  We have a growing practice in China litigation before the Chinese courts working with dedicated and seasoned Chinese litigators.  We also advise on India investments, particularly joint ventures which have complex structural or relationship issues.  We hired our first Chinese lawyer in 1993 and our first Indian lawyer in 1999, before the stunning growth in these countries.  Since then, the law and business development in China and India have been part of our firm’s general body of knowledge and expertise.
